Acceptable report categories
Reports may relate to transport-related situations that affect:- passenger safety
- ride quality
- service reliability
- transport awareness for other riders
- dangerous driving
- unsafe vehicle conditions
- overcrowding
- crew conduct affecting safety
- service disruptions
- fare irregularities
- unsafe stop conditions
- corridor safety issues
Key reporting rules
- reports should be made in good faith
- users should provide accurate context to the best of their knowledge
- reports should focus on observable transport events
- the reporting system must not be used for harassment, defamation, or false submissions
- personal information should be minimized
Platform role
TIBS is an information-sharing platform. That means:- user reports are not automatically verified
- TIBS does not determine legal fault
- the platform is not a substitute for official reporting channels
