TIBS is one connected platform. The rider, survey, and learning experiences are linked, so the page you use depends on what you want to do.

How TIBS fits together

TIBS has three connected experiences:
  • the rider experience for public reporting, incidents, vehicles, feedback, search, and network information
  • the survey experience for structured fieldwork and participant workflows when access is granted
  • the learning experience for onboarding, progress tracking, and readiness where learning is offered
These experiences are linked, but some areas are public and others are restricted.

A simple way to use TIBS

  2. Read the page details before submitting anything.
  3. Use only the information you observed or experienced.
