Ride feedback helps TIBS understand how transport experiences feel from the passenger point of view. It supports:
  • service-quality visibility
  • vehicle-level summaries
  • recurring issue detection
  • better rider awareness over time

What users can submit

Feedback may include:
  • an overall ride sentiment
  • selected issue or experience tags
  • an optional written comment
  • an optional photo where supported

How feedback appears

Individual feedback contributes to broader summaries such as:
  • overall sentiment
  • common themes
  • recent rider concerns
These summaries help people quickly understand the kind of experience other users are reporting.

Good feedback rules

  • describe the actual ride experience
  • keep comments relevant and respectful
  • avoid sharing unnecessary personal information
  • only upload images that relate directly to the ride or issue being reported
