One TIBS account across services

TIBS is designed so that the same account can be used across connected services. That means a person should not need separate credentials for:
  • the main TIBS service
  • the survey and operations service
  • the learning center

What to expect

Even with one shared account, different services may still ask you to confirm access separately when moving between them. This helps each service protect the right experience for the right audience.

Why access can feel different

Not every service is open to every user.
  • the main TIBS service is the public-facing experience
  • the survey service is limited to approved participants and administrators
  • the learning center may contain public or program-specific access
Because of that, signing in successfully does not always mean access to every service or every page.

If access does not work as expected

Check:
  • whether you are using the correct TIBS account
  • whether the service or program requires approval
  • whether you have completed any required steps for that service
