TIBS does not allow any content, behavior, or use of the platform that
exploits, harms, or endangers children. We maintain a strict **zero-tolerance
policy** toward any form of child exploitation or abuse.

Users of TIBS must not engage in activities including but not limited to:

* recording, submitting, sharing, or referencing any content that involves the
  exploitation or abuse of minors
* capturing or describing minors in a sexualized or inappropriate manner in
  any report, note, or submission
* using the platform to facilitate, promote, or coordinate any activity that
  may harm or endanger children
* engaging in or attempting any form of grooming, coercion, or inappropriate
  interaction involving minors
* using TIBS in any way that enables, supports, or conceals harmful behavior
  toward children

## Platform Use Expectations

TIBS is designed for responsible and lawful use.

All users must:

* use the platform only for its intended purpose
* avoid collecting, sharing, or describing personal information about
  individuals, especially minors
* refrain from any interaction or behavior that could put vulnerable
  individuals at risk
* disengage from any situation that may involve harm or unsafe conditions

## Monitoring and Enforcement

TIBS may use automated systems and manual review processes to detect and
prevent misuse of the platform.

Any violation of this policy may result in:

* immediate removal of content
* suspension or permanent termination of accounts
* restriction from future participation
* reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
